Piccata Stock Directions


Method: Heat up 1 cup of water, take off the heat and whisk in butter, lemon juice and piccata powder. Strain for a clear stock, serve over fish, chicken or vegetables or as a soup broth.

INGREDIENTS (4 serves):

50g unsalted butter
2 whole lemon juice
1 heaped tablespoon (20g) piccata powder
1 cup water

Piccata Ingredients: sugar, salt, dehydrated vegetables (celery, onions, carrots garlic, parsley leaves, maltodextrin, maize starch, yeast extract, spices, chicken flavour, extra virgin olive oil, dried chicken meat extract, caramel colour, red chilli, fennel seeds, mixed Italian herbs.
