Piccata Stock Powder
Method: Heat up 1 cup of water, take off the heat and whisk in butter, lemon juice and piccata powder. Strain for a clear stock, serve over fish, chicken or vegetables or as a soup broth.
DIRECTIONS FOR PICCATA SAUCE (4 serves)
50g unsalted butter
2 whole lemon juice
1 heaped tablespoon (20g) piccata powder
1 cup water
Store in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, chemicals, odours and insects.
